1. Acceptance of terms
By engaging Honest Megapower for solar installation or any related services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services
We provide design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of solar PV systems including rooftop solar, on-grid, off-grid, hybrid, solar water pumps and ancillary equipment.
3. Quotations & pricing
All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions, government policy and equipment availability.
4. Payment terms
Standard payment terms are 40% advance on confirmation, 50% on material delivery, and 10% on commissioning. Specific terms may be agreed upon in the project contract.
5. Warranty
Solar panels carry a 25-year performance warranty from the manufacturer. Inverters carry 5–10 year warranties. Workmanship warranty by Honest Megapower is 2 years from commissioning.
6. Subsidy assistance
We assist with all government subsidy paperwork at no additional cost. However, final subsidy approval depends on the relevant authority and we cannot guarantee approval timelines.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the contracted scope of work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, force majeure events or issues arising from third-party services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
